We will be collecting monetary donations and non-perishable food items for the TPS Backpack Program. Your support helps local children and families in need.  Every dollar/item donated increases your chance to win one of our prizes! 

Non-perishable “Wish List” items:  Cereal/Instant, granola bars, spaghetti-o’s/ravioli, canned vegetables, canned fruit/applesauce, fruit snacks, peanut butter crackers, any grab-n-go snacks, peanut butter, jelly/jam (plastic jars), instant potatoes, juice boxes. 

Lodging Information

The Comfort Inn is offering discounted accommodations for attendees.  Reservations must be made by October 23rd, for special group price discount.

Registration Fees

Early Bird Registration

  • Professional Admission: $69 ($79 – After November 1st)
  • Student Admission: $30 ($40 – After November 1st)

⚠️ Registrations received after October 31 will incur an additional $10 fee.

⚠️ Due to hotel commitments, refunds cannot be issued after October 31, 2026.
